The initial public offer of National Stock Exchange Of India Ltd IPO received bids for 3,83,94,696 units as against 8,86,42,911 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:15 IST on Thursday (17 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.43 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 17 September 2026 and it will close on Monday, 21 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 1700 per share to 1785 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 8 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 0 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 22,568 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 22,568 crore.
