Rentomojo Ltd IPO subscribed 1.42 times

The offer received bids for 3.08 crore units as against 2.18 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Rentomojo Ltd IPO received bids for 3,08,15,450 units as against 2,17,72,311 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 20:07 IST on Wednesday (9 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.42 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 11 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 384 per share to 404 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 37 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 1,105 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,255 crore.
