The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of up to 12,82,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 296-311 per equity share including a share premium of up to Rs. 286-301 aggregating to Rs. 37.95-38.59 Crores ( is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute up to 30.96% and 29.40%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
