Initial public offer of 14,52,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Vama Wovenfab Limited (the "Company" or the "Offer") for cash at a price of Rs. 341 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 331 per equity share (the "offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 49.54 Crore ("the"Offer"). The offer includes a reservation of 72,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.48 Crore will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The Offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of 13,80,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 47.06 Crore (the "Net Offer"). Price Band: Rs. 341.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each. The floor price is 34.1 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum two lots of 800 equity shares and in multiples of 400 equity shares thereafter.
