Public issue of 57,36,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each of Gajanand International Limited. (Gajanand or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 36/-per equity share (Issue Price) including a share remium of Rs. 26/- per equity share), aggregating to aggregating to Rs. 20.65 crores (The Issue), out of which, 2,76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 36/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.99 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 54,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 36/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 19.66 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.45% and 28.99%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
