Initial public offer of 45,87,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Shivam Chemicals Limited (SCL or the Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 44 per share (the Issue Price), aggregating Rs. 20.18 crores (The Issue), of which 2,31,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market <Maker Reservation Portion).
