Initial public offering of up to 33,12,800* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (Equity Shares) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 165 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 155 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating up to Rs. 54.66 crores (Issue).
