Initial public offer of 18,961,038# equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each (Equity Shares) of Signatureglobal (India) Limited (Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 385 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 384 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 730.00# crores (the Offer) comprising a fresh issue of 15,662,337# equity shares aggregating to Rs. 603.00# crores by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 3,298,701# equity shares aggregating to Rs. 127.00# crores by the International Finanace Corporation, as the selling shareholder (the Offered Shares).
