Initial public offering of 27,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Alkosign Limited (Alkosign or the The Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 45 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 35 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating Rs. 12.15 crores (The Issue) of which 1,38,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.62 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 25,62,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 45 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 11.53 crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue.
