Public issue of 21,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of Mittal Life Style Limited(MLSL or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 21/- per equity share (the issue price) (including a share premium of Rs. 11/- per equity share aggregating Rs. 4.41 crores (the issue) by the company, of which 1,20.000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fitly paid up mill be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (market maker reservation portion). The Issue Price is Rs. 21/- per equity share. The Issue price is 2.10 times the face value.
