Public issue of 11,01,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each of Captain Pipes Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 40.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 30.00 per equity share) (issue price) aggregating to Rs. 4.40 crores (the issue), of which 57,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each, aggregating to Rs. 0.23 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (market maker reservation Portion).
