The Issue comprises a net issue to the Public of up to 76,500,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each (the "net issue") and a reservation for eligible employees of up to 8,500,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each, at the Issue Price. The Issue would constitute 17.53% of the total post issue paid-up Equity Capital of the Bank.
