Public issue of 5,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of Bhanderi Infracon Limited (BIL or the Company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 120/- per equity share (the issue price) (which includes a share premium of Rs. 110/- per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 6.48 crores (the issue), of which, 26,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the market maker reservation portion).
