Public issue of 32,10,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.115/- per equity share, including share premium of Rs.105/- per equity share aggregating Rs.36.92 Crores by Insecticides (India) Limited ( 'the company' or 'the issuer').
