Public issue of 29,71,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.115/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.34.17 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "issue") including employee reservation of 1,50,000 equity shares aggregating Rs.1.73 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee reservation portion").
