Issue of 1,350,000,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs.60 per equity share (including share premium of Rs.50 per share) aggregating to Rs.8100 crores including Promoter's contribution of 900,000,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs.60 per equity share ("promoters contribution") and net issue to public of 450,000,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each ("net issue").
