Public issue of 1,13,00,000 Equity Shares of Face value Rs.10/-each of Deep Industries Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "issuer") at a Price of Rs.36 for cash aggregating to Rs.40.68 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "issue') including 11,30,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each reserved for Employees and Directors; 28,25,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each reserved for NRIs and FIIs and 11,30,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each reserved for Scheduled Banks/Indian Mutual Funds/Indian and Multilateral Development Financial Institution and net issue to public of 62,15,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (hereinafter referred to as the net offcer to public). The issue would constitute 56.50 of the post issue paid up capital of the Company. Issue price is 3.6 times of the face value.
