1. Public Issue of 59,60,000 equity shares of Rs.5/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 55/- per share ( i.e. price of Rs 60/- per equity share) aggregating Rs 35.76 cr. 2. The Issue includes Book Built Portion of 44,70,000 equity shares and Fixed Price Portion of 14,90,000 equity shares 3. The Issue is being made through 75% Book Building Scheme wherein atleast 15% of the Issue shall be allocated on a proportionate basis to Non Institutional Investors, subject to valid bids being received at or above the Floor Price, and the Balance Issue shall be allocated to Institutional Investors on a discretionary basis. The Fixed Price Portion shall be alloted on a proportionate basis.
