ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund announces change in Exit Load Structure

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced change in exit load structure under following scheme stands revised with effect from July 29, 2026.

Change in Exit Load:

ICICI Prudential Arbitrage Fund	' 0.25% of the applicable NAV - If units purchased or switched in from another scheme of the Fund are redeemed or switched out within 1 month from the date of allotment. ' NIL - If units purchased or switched in from another scheme of the Fund are redeemed or switched out after 1 month from the date of allotment	' 0.25% of the applicable NAV - If the amount sought to be redeemed or switched out is invested for a period of up to 15 days from the date of allotment. ' NIL - If the amount sought to be redeemed or switch out is invested for a period of more than 15 days from the date of allotment.
